Shipping policy

We ship all orders in 3 - 5 business days unless specified in the product and we usually process all orders within 24 hours. In some rare situations it might take longer for a product to be delivered.

Most items are shipped from our warehouses in the US and Canada, in some situations, if an order is placed in the US we might ship it from Canada as long as we can keep our delivery timeframes

We use carriers such as Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, USPS, Go Logistics, we are constantly updating our list of carriers looking for the most efficient way to get our orders delivered to our customers

In order to reduce our carbon footprint we try to use carriers that offer zero emission vehicles (if rates make sense) and we try to ship our products in boxes made with recycled materials or reused boxes.

Undeliverable Order

If an order is not able to be delivered because no one was there to receive the item, or there was an issue with the address provided by the customer we will issue a refund once the product is returned to us minus all shipping fees. Shipping fees are all the costs paid by us to the courier for shipping the product and for getting it back to us. The shipping fee is the actual cost Alkanatur pays for shipping which might or might not be the same as the one paid by the customer (for example Free Shipping orders have an actual shipping cost that is subsidize by Alkanatur)
