The best one I’ve ever found

They don’t add calcium back into the water. And that’s a major win for me

Love this filter

Went with the gray one…. Filters more crap!

Flimsy storage bottle

The storage bottle is very flimsy. Beef it up…otherwise the water purification unit is very well designed and useful

Great product.

Well they never arrived until march 6th and have recieved no discount code.very happy with the product, not happy with the service in managing that product.

Alkanatur Replacement Filter Pack

Took my money. Delivered nothing. Now I guess I'm out $70

I ordered replacement filters for my Alkantur water filter on Jan 24th. $69.99. Days went by, turned into a couple weeks. I figured they were just slow. When Alkantur sent me an email saying they "fulfilled" the order, I tracked the order and found out that they were "returned to sender due to damage." I have not heard from Alkantur. I have received nothing. What a terrible experience.

I appreciate your product very much I use it daily!

Ordered thru Amazon

Did not receive order thru Amazon as they chose to cancel because of Canada Post strike and only received less than half of my refund. I think it's unfortunate because I liked this product.

Thank you!

EXcellent product. Noticing improvement with my health within two weeks. Resonable price, quick delivery. Helpful set up instructions. Well done.

Hi LaQuon
I am so sorry to hear about this. You should have reached out to us before giving a 1 star review to see if there is anything we can do to help. Every once in a while couriers lose, damage, misplaced, items. It happens with all our couriers. In this case i looked at the tracking info an the last update was a while ago so there is definitely something happening there. I am sending you an email right now so we can coordinate a replacement.
