I love my alkanatur filter - I have LPR and the alkaline water works well for that. I also had a faulty filter and they replaced that!!!

I ordered these filters on feb 1 and didnt recieve. Sent an email to see when they would arrive. Was told they would ship and send discount code for next order. Well they never arrived until march 6th and have recieved no discount code.very happy with the product, not happy with the service in managing that product.
